Grazie Mille – LisAmore! done and dusted for 2023
Lismore Friendship Festival are delighted with the response to our 2023 LisAmore! festival on Saturday, June 17 in the city centre and on Sunday, June 18 at the Lismore Turf Club. The program over two days attracted the company of over 5000 residents and visitors through a series of workshops and free family fun day.
LisAmore! focuses on celebrating the cultural life of the Italian community in the Northern Rivers region whilst strengthening the city’s friendships between Lismore and Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto in Veneto, northern Italy.
The festival provides an opportunity to bring family and friends together to share Italian food and drinks, music, tarantella dance lessons, Italian cars and bikes including Ferraris and our annual Tug-O-War. The Kids’ Space offers old fashioned games, storytelling, arts and crafts.
