Lismore Friendship Festival is delighted to have the company of the NSW Italian Consul-General and his team amongst our special guests for the weekend of activities under the 2024 LisAmore! banner.
Saturday, June 15 offers Italian residents of the region an opportunity to take advantage of the presence of the Office of the Consulate General to apply for an Italian passport and for the Consul to collect biometric data.
For this purpose, those interested in using this type of service should contact the Consul’s offices by sending the application form, downloadable from the website of the Consulate General at the section passports, to the following e-mail address: sydney.passaporti@esteri.it by June 14, 2024

The Lismore visit will allow those registered and have been given an appointment confirmation by the Consular team to attend on Saturday, June 15 at the Resilient Lismore office located at 22 Conway Street, Lismore to receive their expert consular support.

Si comunica che un funzionario di questo Consolato Generale, in occasione dell’evento LisAmore del 17 e 18 giugno p.v., si recherà a Lismore per una Missione Consolare, per consentire ai connazionali presenti nell’ area del Northern Rivers di presentare richiesta di rilascio del passaporto e prelevare i dati biometrici.

On Sunday June 16, the visitors will join locals at the Lismore Turf Club for a day of free fun family activities focusing on a range of displays, activities like all-age tug o wars, tarantella dance workshops, toe-tapping sounds from Domenico and the Latin Mafia Band, mischief making performer Antonio ‘Giri’ Mazzella and lots of favourite Italian food and drink flavours from excited stallholders. The special kids’ space will draw in some local language classes, arts, crafts and performances. Then there is the excitement of a dozen Ferraris that will join the Italian bikes and cars display. Benvenuti a tutti – there is something for everyone with a passion for la dolce vita!
