2024 LisAmore! Visitor Survey Contest
Terms and Conditions of Entry
- The prize for the “2024 LisAmore! Visitor Survey” Contest is a beautiful box of goodies from Made in Lismore and two vouchers from Lismore Workers Club.
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- Entrants must complete a visitor survey in order to be eligible.
- All entries must include a contact email or phone number to be eligible for the contest. No posted entries will be accepted.
- Only one entry per e-mail/residential address will be considered for contest entry.
- The contest draw will be made by Lismore Friendship Festival Inc on Monday 1 July at 9pm.
- The winner will be notified via e-mail and/or phone by the event organiser.
- The results of the contest will be published on the event organiser’s website – the winner may nominate for their name to remain anonymous, and the town only published.
- A list of winner(s) may be obtained by sending an email to the organiser and requesting the list, unless as per 9 above they wish to be anonymous.
- Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs incurred.
- If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the event organiser in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.
- You agree to hold the contest organisers, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns harmless from and against—and hereby waive any right to pursue—any claims of any nature arising in connection with the Materials submitted to the organiser and used in any manner in the organiser’s sole and absolute discretion.
- The event organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to terminate any contest at any time without prior notice.
- The event organiser reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.
- By entering a contest, you conclusively are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these contest rules and terms and conditions as well as by any rules.
